Alfred Michael

Alfred Michael is an American immunologist and chemist and, previous to his retirement in 2002, the Regents’ Professor and Dean of the University of Minnesota Medical School and Elected as Fellow to the American Association for the Advancement of Science since 1994.[1] A cited expert in his field,[2] his interests were in pediatrics.[3][4]

Education

He earned his undergraduate and medical degrees at Temple University before serving at Philadelphia’s Saint Christopher’s Hospital for Children and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital before teaching.[1]
