Alex, Inc. (stylized as alex, inc.) is an American sitcom that aired on ABC from March 28 to May 16, 2018.[2] Created by Matt Tarses (Scrubs, The Goldbergs), the series is based on Alex Blumberg's Gimlet Media podcast StartUp, which documented Blumberg's own attempt to launch a startup with Gimlet Media.[3]
On May 11, 2018, the series was cancelled after one season.[4]
Synopsis
The series follows Alex Schuman, a radio journalist, husband and father of two, who decides to quit his job and start his own company. He is married to Rooni and the father of two mixed-race, Bengali American children.[5]

On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, the series has an approval rating of 40% based on 15 reviews, with an average rating of 4.46/10.[15] Metacritic, which uses a weighted average, assigned a score of 49 out of 100 based on 10 critics, indicating "mixed or average reviews".[16]
