Al-Hiwar (magazine)

Al-Hiwar (Arabic: الحوار) was an Arabic magazine established in the 1960s in Beirut by the CIA during the cultural Cold War. Generous funding was provided by the agency with the stipulation that it publish articles on the situation of Soviet Muslims.[1]
