Aknoor is a village panchayat in Cherial mandal in Warangal district in the state of Telangana in south India.[1] It was formerly in Andhra Pradesh.

Aknoor village has about 800-year-old Rudreshwara (Shiva) Temple inaugurated by Kakatiya King Ganapapathy Deva in the year 1199. This village has many dismantled Jain Temples and other historic value.
