Ahmadu Musa Kida

Ahmadu Musa Kida is a Nigerian Engineer and former Basketball player. He is the Deputy Managing Director deep water services of Total Nigeria[1] and he is also the President of the Nigerian Basketball Federation.[2][3]

Education

Kida received his degree in Civil Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1984. He obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Petroleum Engineering from the Institut Francaise du Petrol (IFP) in Paris, France.[1]

Career

Kida started his career as a professional at ELF petroleum Nigeria limited as a Trainee Engineer and Materials Coordinator.[1]

Kida became a member of Total E&P Nigeria limited board in 2014 as Executive director Port Harcourt district.[4]

In August 2015, Kida was appointed as the deputy managing director, Deepwater district in Lagos, of Total E&P Nigeria limited.[4]

Nigerian Basketball Federation

kida was elected as the President of the Nigerian Basketball Federation (NBBF) in June, 2017.[2]

Personal life

Kida is married and he has four children.[4]
