Agios Thomas railway station (Greek: Σιδηροδρομικός σταθμός Αγίου Θωμά, translit. Sidirodromikos stathmos Agiou Thoma) is a railway station in Agios Thomas, a settlement in Boeotia, Central Greece. It is situated on the Piraeus–Platy railway. It was opened on 27 October 1983 when the line was upgraded.
