Aditya Seal (born 22 March 1988) is an Indian model and film actor.[1] Seal made his debut with the movie Ek Chhotisi Love Story, where he played a teenager opposite to Manisha Koirala.[2] Seal was a world Taekwondo champion.[3] His co-stars in Purani Jeans were Tanuj Virwani And Izabelle Leite. In 2016, he played the role of Shekhar in Tum Bin II and received praise for his versatility as an actor.[4]

Career

Aditya Seal worked in a perfumed powder (Pond's) and Garnier Men advertisement. He also appeared in a Mountain Dew advertisement in 2012. Seal has also worked in many other advertisements. Just before the release of Tum Bin II, Aditya starred in the ORRA Crown Star TVC for Orra Jewellery created by Buzzinga Digital.[5] Seal made his début with the movie Ek Chhotisi Love Story, where he played a teenager opposite to Manisha Koirala.[6] Seal was a world Taekwondo champion.[7] He also starred in movie We R Friends in 2006. His co-stars in Purani Jeans were Tanuj Virwani And Izabelle Leite. In Purani Jeans, he played the role of "Samuel Joseph Lawrence". The film is based on the belief that – "friendship is like a pair of old jeans- the older it gets, the better it becomes". His character committed suicide in the movie and the whole movie revolves around him. Later on 18 November 2016, Seal is seen in Anubhav Sinha's Tum Bin II, sequel of 2001 film, Tum Bin, as Shekhar opposite to Neha Sharma.[8]
