Adam Fleischman (born 1976/1977)[1] is the founder and chief executive officer of the Umami Restaurant Group.[2] Among the group's holdings is Umami Burger, a restaurant chain specializing in hamburgers founded by Fleischman in Los Angeles in 2009.[1][3][4][5] In 2017, Fleischman opened PBJ.LA, which offers a variety of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, in Grand Central Market in Los Angeles.[6]
