Acrogomphus fraseri[2] is a species of dragonfly in the family Gomphidae. It is known only from the Western Ghats of India.[3] This rare dragonfly found at high altitude montane areas, more than 3,000 ft and very rarely observed, may be due to its habit of roosting at great heights, often as much as 100 ft or more above the ground.[1][4]
