Acacia jennerae is a tree belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to the Northern Territory and now found in an area in the Wheatbelt and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.[1]

The tree typically grows to a height of 1 to 6 metres (3.3 to 19.7 ft) and produces yellow flowers from January to August.
