Acacia incanicarpa is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to an area on the south coast in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia.[1]

The shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 2 metres (3 to 7 ft). It blooms from November to December or January to April producing yellow flowers.
