Abdi İpekçi Park is an urban park in Ankara's Sıhhiye neighborhood. It was established in 1981 in honor of the assassinated Milliyet journalist Abdi İpekçi. Covering an area of 36,800 m2 (396,000 sq ft), the park has the usual geographic features and incorporates a sculpture featuring a hand opened towards the sky.[1]
