Career

Abdelaziz served as oil minister and minister of finance between 1973 and 1991.[2][3][4]

Exile

After leaving office in 1991, Abdelaziz began to live in France.[5] In an alleged news article mentioning a foiled coup, he was supported by 66 opposition leaders including 16 Thani in 2011.
