Abbi is a town in Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area in Enugu State, Nigeria. It contains several villages such as Anagoro, Amanyi , Apapam , Enugu-Abbi, Owereze , Uba ,Umuogbogwu , Uruku , Uwenuokpe, Ejuonaogbo, Isiyi, Ugwuobi,Umushere(New Site) etc.
Invasion
There was an attack on Ejuona-Ogbo Village, a part of Abbi community, in early February 2016. Two residents were killed and 19 persons were declared missing whilst seven houses and motorcycles were razed by Fulani herdsmen.[1]
