A Fool and His Money (1912 film)

A Fool and His Money is an American silent comedy film from 1912. It was rediscovered from reels bought at a flea market and restored frame by frame. The film is one of the earliest with an African American cast and was directed by a woman, Alice Guy-Blaché.[1] The plot involves people becoming wealthy and taking on an aristocratic lifestyle.[2]
