ADN (In English: DNA) (acronym: Actualidad, Deportes, Noticias, In English: Sports, News) is a Chilean radio station of informative cut located in the 91.7 MHz of the FM dial in Santiago of Chile. It also transmits for the whole country in channel 669 (with D-Box) of the cable operator VTR and via internet in the rest of the country and the world.

Until 2015 denominated "ADN Radio Chile", transmits from the March 1, 2008, in replacement of the transmitter Radio W Chile, that had a programming similar to its successor. Its signal reaches almost all the national territory through 39 frequencies and is the only information chain that transmits directly in Easter Island.[1] It targets the public aged between 25 and 45, a segment younger than the other news channels, which is why it is considered one of the most popular radio stations, combining contemporary adult music, news, Sports and current affairs.

It has a great journalistic equipment where they emphasize figures like Mauricio Hofmann, Mirna Schindler, Andrea Aristegui, Antonio Quinteros, Iván Núñez, Eduardo Fuentes Silva, Andrea Hoffmann, Sandra Zeballos, Carlos Costas, Francisco Mouat, Juan Cristóbal Guarello, Victor Cruces, Rodrigo Hernandez, Cristián Arcos and Danilo Díaz.

The first interview of ADN Radio Chile was that Alejandro Guillier made to the then President of Chile, Michelle Bachelet, the same March 1, 2008 in the program ADN Hoy.

His institutional voice is that of Fernando Solís Lara.

  • ADN Radio Chile gives them newsletters to Radio Pudahuel, Corazón FM, Radio Imagina and Radio Concierto, all stations of the holding company Ibero Americana Radio Chile.
  • In 2011 transmits the Festival Internacional de la Canción de Viña del Mar with a Radio Pudahuel.
  • Since the end of 2014 the director of the station is Carlos Costas, coming from Radio Futuro and member of the panel of ADN Deportes.
  • ADN has made a fruitful alliance with La Red, providing its sports and information services, creating a possible alliance with Publimetro, after La Red like Publimetro are associated means and integrates to this alliance to ADN.[2]
  • Since November 22, 2012 ADN began operations in a new location that, as the main novelty, presents a larger locutorio, with more microphones, taking like style the studies of Cadena Ser from Spain. Between the 13 and the 22 of November, the radio operated in the floor 2 of the building of Ibero Americana Radio Chile, in Eliodoro Yáñez 1783, Providencia. Today, these dependencies are on the side of this building, in Eliodoro Yáñez 1809.
