A. M. Sahay

Anand Mohan Sahay (born and brought up in Bhagalpur city of Bihar) was an activist of the Indian Independence League who later came to be the Military secretary of the Indian National Army. He was a secretary with ministerial position in the Azad Hind Government of Subhas Chandra Bose.[1] From 1957 till 1960 he was Indian Ambassador to Thailand.[2] http://www.japanesestudies.org.uk/discussionpapers/2008/Goodman.html
