7,8-Dihydroneopterin triphosphate (DHNTP) is an intermediate in tetrahydrobiopterin biosynthesis. It is transformed by 6-pyruvoyltetrahydropterin synthase into 6-pyruvoyl-tetrahydropterin.[1] It is also used in the Queuosine/Archeosine Pathway.
