The 4th Ward

The 4th Ward was one of the 22 aldermanic wards with representation in the New York City Board of Aldermen of New York City. It was made up of seven election districts and was bounded by Spruce, Ferry, Peck Slip, South, Catherine streets and Park Row.[1]
