40 Tenth Avenue (originally referred to as Solar Carve) is an office building under development in New York City, adjacent the High Line.[1] The building was first proposed in 2012, with designs released to the public then.[2] Plans were later approved in 2014.[3] Construction began in 2017,[4] and the building topped out in early 2018.[5]

It is Studio Gang's first commission in New York. Justin Davidson, writing for New York, referred to the structure as "...one of the most exciting chapters in the future of the High Line."[6]
