313 Presents

313 Presents LLC is a joint venture between Olympia Entertainment, a division of Ilitch Holdings, and Palace Sports & Entertainment. It is responsible for entertainment bookings, event production, and promotion of the venues owned or managed by the two companies, including the Fox Theatre, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre, Freedom Hill Amphitheatre, DTE Energy Music Theatre, Little Caesars Arena, and Comerica Park. The company's name derives itself for the area code for the metro Detroit area, 313.

The venture was formally announced on October 6, 2017, and was initially staffed by 40 employees representing the two companies. 313 Presents was formed in the wake of the closure of The Palace of Auburn Hills, which resulted from the PS&E-owned Detroit Pistons' move to Little Caesars Arena.[1][2][3]
