300 South Tryon is a high-rise office building in Charlotte, North Carolina.[1] With a height of 463 ft, it is the 8th tallest building in Charlotte. It was completed in 2017.[2]

Breaking ground was on December 15, 2014, and it was completed November 16, 2017.[3] 300 South Tryon became the first high-rise office building in Uptown Charlotte since the end of the Great Recession.[4]
