hit104.9 The Border (ACMA callsign: 2AAY) is an Australian radio station owned by Southern Cross Media. The station is based in Albury New South Wales. Some programs based in Albury are simulcast to other Hit Network regional radio stations across the country.
Hit104.9 recently changed from a 10 in a row music format to 50 Minutes Non Stop - playing 50 minute blocks of music ad free. Since February 2017 the breakfast show has been hosted by Riley Rose and Seamus[3]
On 14 December, 2016 Southern Cross Austero rebranded all of their regional Hit Network affiliated stations to one centralised "Hit" brand.[4]
