277 Fifth (also called 281 5th Avenue) is a building under construction in the New York City borough Manhattan designed by architect Rafael Viñoly. Plans for the building were first announced in 2015,[1] and construction began in 2016.[2] It topped out in March 2018.[3]
Upon completion, the building will have 55 stories and contain 130 residential condominiums.[4] It has been compared to another building of Viñoly's, 432 Park Avenue.[4]
