The 2019 NFL Draft will be the 84th annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible players. The draft will be held on April 25–27 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Host city bid process
The host city for the 2019 (as well as the 2020) draft was chosen from among finalists Denver, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Cleveland/Canton in May 2018 at the NFL Spring League Meeting.[1] On May 23, 2018, the league announced Nashville as the host city of the 2019 NFL Draft.[2]
Trades
In the explanations below, (PD) indicates trades completed prior to the start of the draft (i.e. Pre-Draft), while (D) denotes trades that took place during the 2019 draft.
Round 1
- Chicago → Oakland (PD). Chicago traded their first- and sixth-round selections as well as their 2020 first- and third-round selections to Oakland in exchange for Oakland's outside linebacker Khalil Mack, their 2020 second-round selection and a conditional fifth-round selection.[source 1]
- New Orleans → Green Bay (PD). New Orleans traded their first-round selection, as well as their 2018 first- and fifth-round selections (27th and 147th) to Green Bay in exchange for Green Bay's 2018 first round selection (14th).[source 2]
Round 2
- Baltimore → Philadelphia (PD). Baltimore traded their second-round selection as well as their second- and fourth-round selections in 2018 (52nd and 125th) to Philadelphia in exchange for Philadelphia's first- and fourth-round selections in 2018 (32nd and 132nd).[source 2]
- Chicago → New England (PD). Chicago traded their second-round selection as well as their fourth-round selection in 2018 (105th) to New England in exchange for New England's second-round selection in 2018 (51st).[source 2]
- L.A. Rams → Kansas City (PD). The Los Angeles Rams traded their second-round selection as well as their fourth-round selection in 2018 (124th) to Kansas City in exchange for Kansas City's sixth-round selection in 2018 (209th) and cornerback Marcus Peters.[source 3]
- N.Y. Jets → Indianapolis (PD). The New York Jets traded their second-round selection, as well as their first- and two second-round selections in 2018 (6th, 37th, and 49th) to Indianapolis in exchange for Indianapolis' first-round selection in 2018 NFL Draft (3rd).[source 4]
- Seattle → Houston (PD). Seattle traded its second-round selection as well as a third-round selection in 2018 (80th) to Houston in exchange for Houston's fifth-round selection in 2018 (141st) and offensive tackle Duane Brown. This trade originally included cornerback Jeremy Lane but was revised after Lane failed his physical.[source 5]

- Detroit → New England (PD). Detroit traded its third-round selection to New England for New England's fourth-round selection in 2018 (114th).[source 2]
- New England → Cleveland (PD). New England traded its third-round selection to Cleveland in exchange for Cleveland's fifth-round selection in 2018 (159th) and defensive tackle Danny Shelton.[source 6]
- New Orleans → N.Y. Jets (PD). New Orleans traded its third-round selection to the Jets for the Jet's sixth-round selection and quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.[source 7]
Round 4
- Kansas City → Buffalo (PD). Kansas City traded a conditional fourth-round selection to Buffalo in exchange for linebacker Reggie Ragland.[source 8]

- Minnesota → Denver (PD). Minnesota traded its fifth-round selection to Denver in exchange for Denver's seventh-round selection in 2018 (225th) and quarterback Trevor Siemian.[source 9]
