Team changes

  • Tech 3 are to switch to KTM machines, ending their eighteen-year relationship with Yamaha.[20]
  • Ángel Nieto Team announced that they will join forces with SIC Racing Team to field two Yamaha YZR-M1 satellite bikes, replacing Tech 3 as Yamaha's satellite team starting from 2019. [25]
