The 2018 WAFU Women's Cup was the maiden edition of the international women's football event for teams under the West African Football Union. The competition was hosted by Ivory Coast in February 2018 in three match venues. Ghana defeated Ivory Coast in the final, making them champions of both the men's and women's regional tournaments. Portia Boakye was the top scorer with four goals.

Ghana did win the tournament after a 1–0 final against Ivory Co[1]st.

Draw

The draw was held on 9 January in Abidjan.[2] Eight of WAFU's 16 members entered a team.
