The 2018 Super Fórmula Brasil season was scheduled to be the twelfth season of Brazilian Formula Three Championship and the fifth since 1995, replacing the Formula 3 Sudamericana series as the highest-profile single-seater championship on the continent.
The first doubleheader round was planned to be held at Velopark, but it was cancelled for not reaching the minimum number of entries.[1]
