The 2018 Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship is the 109th staging of the Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1909. The draw for the opening rounds took place on 10 December 2017. The championship began on 21 April 2018 and is scheduled to end in October 2018.

A total of 27 teams are contesting the Intermediate Championship, including 26 teams from the 2017 intermediate championship and one promoted from the 2017 junior championship.[1][2]
