The 2010–11 Papua New Guinea National Soccer League season was the fifth edition of this competition.

Format

Seven teams played in the league. For the first stage, they play each other twice. At the end of the first stage the top four teams advance to a knockout competition, the finalists of which qualify for the 2011–12 OFC Champions League.
