The 2006 UC Davis football team represented the University of California, Davis in the 2006 NCAA Division I-AA football season. They competed in the Great West Football Conference (GWFC).

The 2006 Aggies were led by head coach Bob Biggs in his thirteenth year and played their home games at Toomey Field. UC Davis finished the season with a record of six wins and five losses (6–5, 1–3 GWFC). This was the first losing season in conference play since 1970, but was the 37th consecutive year UC Davis finished with a winning record. The Aggies outscored their opponents 309–227 for the season.
