The 2003 Trans-Am Series was the 38th season of the Sports Car Club of America's Trans-Am Series. Jaguar nearly swept the season, having only garnered one win the previous year. Ford won at Long Beach. The series went to Puerto Rico for the first time in history, with hometown hero Wally Castro finishing first. The season was also the first since 1991 to feature a race outside North America (i.e. the United States and Canada).
