1st Brigade (Slovene: 1. brigada) is one of two Infantry brigades of Slovenian Armed Forces and provides combat forces; the other one is 72nd Brigade which provides combat support forces.[1]

It was formed with the reorganization of the 1st Special Brigade MORiS on December 17, 1998.
