The 1999 Skate Israel was held in December at the Canada Centre in Metulla. It was the 5th edition of Skate Israel to be held. Skate Israel is a senior-level international figure skating competition held in Israel. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles, pair skating, and ice dancing.
