The 1966 Wyoming Cowboys football team represented the University of Wyoming in the 1966 college football season. The Cowboys offense scored 355 points while the defense allowed 89 points. Led by head coach Lloyd Eaton, the Cowboys competed in the 1966 Sun Bowl. The Cowboys had the nation's best rushing defense.[1]
