Production

On July 11, 2018, it was announced that Chadwick Boseman would star in the film, with Brian Kirk directing.[1] The film was given a July 12, 2019 release date.[2] J. K. Simmons, Sienna Miller and Taylor Kitsch were cast in September.[3] Filming began on September 24, with production occurring between New York City and Philadelphia.[4] Keith David, Morocco Omari and Stephan James joined in October 2018.[5][6]
