11 Hoyt is a building in the New York City borough Brooklyn designed by architect Jeanne Gang and developed by real estate conglomerate Tishman Speyer. The building's design resembles that of 8 Spruce Street by architect Frank Gehry.[1] Sales for condominiums in the building launched in September of 2018.[2] J.P. MorganChase is providing financing for the deal.[1]
The building is part of the larger Tishman-led project to redevelop the former Macy's branch in Brooklyn.
