Łukasz Wiśniewski (born 3 February 1989) is a Polish volleyball player, a member of Poland men's national volleyball team and ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle, gold medalist of the World League 2012, silver medalist of the World Cup 2011, Polish Champion (2016, 2017).

Personal life

Wiśniewski was born in Włodawa, Poland. His mother trained handball and his father is a former footballer. On May 10, 2014, Wiśniewski married to Katarzyna (née Łuszczewska).[1] On January 2, 2017 his wife gave birth to their daughter Aleksandra.[2]

Career

Clubs

He has been playing for Polish club ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle since 2012.[3]

National team

He debuted in Polish national team on May 30, 2010 in friendly match Poland vs. France. In December 2011 Poland, including Wiśniewski, won silver medal of World Cup.[4] He is a gold medalist of World League 2012 held in Sofia, Bulgary.[5][6]
