Íþróttafélagið Hamar is a multi-sport club in Hveragerði, Iceland. There are six divisions: Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Swimming, Badminton and Gymnastics.

Körfuknattleiksdeild Hamars is an the basketball subdivision of Hamar. They field a men's team in 1. deild karla and a women's team in 1. deild kvenna. Its women's team was the runner-up to the 2010 national championship.[1]
