Promulgated full amendment on 2000-02-09
- Article 9[1]
- An alien who is naturalized in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3 to 7 shall submit a certificate to prove the loss of his (her) original nationality. However, this does not include cases in which responsibility for failing to obtain a certificate does not rest with the person and that the reason for failure has been verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
