Article 99[1]
Upon motion by the injured party or another party having the right to file a complaint, an infringer as set out in Articles 91 through 95 may be ordered to publish all or part of the court judgment in a newspaper and bear the costs thereof.

Promulgated deletion on 2006-05-30 effective on 2006-07-01

Article 99[2]
Upon motion by the injured party or another party having the right to file a complaint, an infringer as set out in Articles 91 through Articles 93, Articles 95 may be ordered to publish all or part of the court judgment in a newspaper and bear the costs thereof.
