Article 61[1]
Commentary on current political, economic, or social events that has appeared in a newspaper or magazine may be republished by other newspapers or magazines, or be publicly broadcast by radio station or television station; provided, this shall not apply where there is indication that republishing or public broadcast is not authorized.
