πŒ½πŒ°πŒΏπŒ±πŒ°πŒΉπŒΌπŒ±πŒ°πŒΉπ‚

Gothic

Etymology

Borrowed from Latin november. Attested (with difficulty: the manuscript is a palimpsest) in the 5th/6th century AD Gothic Calendar. The existence of this word is contested due to its relative illegibility by Landau (2006); cf. the discussion at πŒΎπŒΉπŒΏπŒ»πŒ΄πŒΉπƒ (jiuleis), the only other known possibly-attested month in Gothic.
