लाश (lāś) f (Urdu spelling لاش)

  1. dead body, corpse
    लाश फूलों से ढक गई।lāś phūlõ se ḍhak gaī.The dead body was covered with flowers.
    उसकी लाश क़ब्र में गड़ गई।uskī lāś qabra mẽ gaṛ gaī.His corpse was buried in the grave.
  2. carcass
    जानवर की लाश सड़क पर पड़ी थी।jānvar kī lāś saṛak par paṛī thī.The animal's carcass was lying on the road.
