چرخیدن • (čarxidan) (present stem چرخ‎ (čarx))

1. (intransitive) to rotate, turn, revolve, spin (to move around an axis)

   ‏به دور خود چرخیدن‎ ― be dour-e xod čarxidan ― to turn, spin (around)

   ‏زمین به طور مداوم به دور خود می‌چرخد.‎‎ ― zamin be tur-e modâvem be dour-e xod mi-čarxad ― The Earth is constantly spinning.
