1. related to endless rains, to downpour, to overflowing, to gushing out or along, to having abundant water
2. to running one's mouth, to be loquacious, to spew or rattle on endlessly, to speak abundantly
3. to continuing on, to seemingly never end, to keep going like the coming down of torrential rains
