مۇئەللىم • (mu'ellim) (plural مۇئەللىملەر‎ (mu'ellimler))

   ‏ئايگۈل مۇئەللىم، ياخشىمۇسىز!‎‎ ― aygül mu'ellim, yaxshimusiz! ― Mrs. Aygül, hello!

   Synonyms: مۇئەللىمە‎ (mu'ellime), ئوقۇتقۇچى‎ (oqutquchi)

There are three ways to refer to teachers in Uyghur:

1. مۇئەللىم‎ (mu'ellim) can be used for both male and female teachers. This can be used both indirectly and directly.
2. مۇئەللىمە‎ (mu'ellime) can only used for female teachers, and it is not commonly used.
3. ئوقۇتقۇچى‎ (oqutquchi). This can only be used to refer to teachers indirectly, but not directly to them.
