      lahu maqālīdu s-samāwāti wālʾarḍi yabsuṭu r-rizqa liman yašāʾu wayaqdiru ʾinnahu bikulli šayʾin ʿalīmun
      To Him pertain the keys of the heavens and the earth. He extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is of all things knowing.
