1. rancour, inveterate hate, spite, ill will, resentment; revenge

   քէն պահել, ի քէնս մտանել ― kʿēn pahel, i kʿēns mtanel ― to bear or owe a grudge, to bear malice or ill-will, to bear hard

   քէն ի մտի ունել ― kʿēn i mti unel ― to keep alive resentment for an injury

   քէն ունել ընդ ումեք ― kʿēn unel ənd umekʿ ― to have a grudge or spite against

   քէն ի վրիժուց ― kʿēn i vrižucʿ ― out of or from hatred

   հանել զվրէժ քինու, խնդրել զքէն վրիժուց ― hanel zvrēž kʿinu, xndrel zkʿēn vrižucʿ ― to by revenged, to revenge oneself

   ի քէն ― i kʿēn ― from, by or of thee; thyself

   նա խօսեսցի առ ի քէն ― na xōsescʿi aṙ i kʿēn ― he shall be thy spokesman

   ոչինչ հեռի ի քէն ― očʿinčʿ heṙi i kʿēn ― not very far from you

   զքէն ― zkʿēn ― upon thee; of thee
