Verb

շարժեմ (šaržem)

  1. (transitive) to move, to remove, to set in motion, to stir, to cause to move
    շարժել զամենայն քարšaržel zamenayn kʿarto leave no stone unturned, to move heaven and earth
  2. (transitive) to agitate, to shake, to flutter, to stagger
    շարժել զգլուխšaržel zgluxto shake or toss one's head
  3. (transitive, figuratively) to excite, to provoke, to rouse the feelings of, to move, to touch
    շարժել զսիրտšaržel zsirtto affect, to move to pity
  4. (in the mediopassive, intransitive) to be moved, stirred, shaken, staggered, fluttered, roused, agitated
  5. (in the mediopassive, intransitive) to bestir oneself, to bustle about
